Upon receiving your order and payment, please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. Once processed, you'll receive an email confirmation of shipment. Shipping duration is 2-5 business days. After shipping, responsibility transfers, and please understand that unforeseen circumstances with shipping companies may cause slight delays. Your patience is appreciated.

High Volume Shipping Times- Please expect a processing and shipping timeframe of 7-14 business days. 🚨This applies exclusively during periods of high shipping volume, if indicated on my website banner.🚨

Preorders- For orders containing preorder items, our standard shipping policy does not apply. Preordering requires additional processing time. Preorder items typically take 2-3 weeks (business days only) to be processed and shipped, with the potential for up to 4 weeks in the case of minor delays. 

Rushed Preorder Shipping:

This exclusive shipping option is now open for preorders, offering an estimated timeframe of 10-15 business days. The cost for this expedited service is an additional $50. Please be aware that this service cannot be discounted or provided free of charge. If you require your preorder sooner and within the specified timeframe, this is the optimal choice. If you opt not to select it, please note that your order will be processed and shipped within 2-4 weeks. It's essential to choose the rushed option during checkout if you wish to expedite your preorder.

Rushed Preorder Shipping Delay:

Please be aware that shipping times may be extended due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the delivery time exceeds 15 business days and you have paid for expedited shipping, we will refund the additional charge beyond the standard shipping fee and may offer store credit, depending on the situation.

Preorder Process:

 Preorder items require additional processing and shipping time as we source them from our international supplier. The usual timeframe is 2-3 weeks (business days only), with the possibility of extending to 4 weeks due to minor delays or holidays. Upon processing your order, we'll promptly send you an email or text message containing tracking information. Please be aware that purchasing a preorder item does not allow for any refunds, as we have already acquired it from our supplier.

Kindly verify the accuracy of the address and sizing you enter, as we cannot assume responsibility for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

Preorder Shipping From Me To You Process- After receiving your preorder, we will promptly provide tracking information to your email or SMS text message. For orders exceeding $100, a signature May Be required upon delivery. Ensure to monitor your order's progress using the provided tracking number. In case of a missed delivery and unclear instructions on retrieving your package, please contact your local post office for available options. If the package is returned to us, a fee of $15 for priority reshipment or $10 for standard reshipment applies. Please note that we do not offer complete refunds or cancellations, as creating a new shipping label and using different packaging incurs costs due to the inconvenience.

We do not assume responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged items during shipping. Once you've received your email confirmation or SMS message, the package is no longer in our possession. Please contact USPS regarding any lost or damaged packages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather-related conditions, customs delay or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If such delays are reported on the postal service's website, we cannot offer refunds for orders affected by these conditions, even if they occur outside our stated shipping timeframe. The only refund available is for the shipping fee if expedited shipping was selected.

Size Conversion: Our size charts primarily use European sizes. If needed, your shoe size will be converted. This conversion has no impact, as it remains the same in centimeters/inches as the original. For instance, Size 9 Women’s is equivalent to Size 7.5 Men’s, maintaining the same measurement in centimeters/inches.
